The perfect starter – lentils and beans balls

These tasty little balls you can do at home too. Exclusively for the website, our chef Bobby opens the doors of his kitchen and shares some secrets. All you need is some beans, seeds for seasoning and some spices.

First you need to boil the lentils and the beans with some spices. Boil till ready and drain, then put in the food processor. Puree till smooth and add some bread crumbs. The approximate dose is 1 part crumbs and 3 parts beans to reach a dough-ish form. Make small balls and roll them in different seeds like sesame or poppy seeds, even finely chopped parsley. Serve in a big plate and you can even combine two or three balls using a toothpick.
